We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable lounge chairs by the pool overlooking the beautiful mountainside. The staff were always attentive and exceptionally helpful, apologizing even for the slightest wait in the dining area. We took a tour to nearby waterfalls where we got to swim, and also enjoyed a drive through local villages and tea hills. The breakfast was delicious and there were many Sri Lankan and other food options to choose from.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel had a refreshing pool with a stunning view of the mountains. The staff were always attentive and helpful, even providing us with a tour to beautiful waterfalls and a cooking demonstration in a nearby village. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of Sri Lankan and other options to choose from.
The hotel does not have internet and the cell service is unreliable. This made it difficult to stay connected and plan our activities.

The hotel provided excellent service and helped us out with a tour to waterfalls where we could swim and a cooking demonstration where we learned to make dahl and fish curries. We enjoyed the clean pool and the picturesque mountain view. The food was delicious and we were spoilt for choice with Sri Lankan and other cuisines to choose from.
The hotel’s location had poor mobile network and no internet connection. We understand they are working on it, but it affects our ability to stay connected.

My stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff here are exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist. They even provided a tour to stunning waterfalls where we got to swim, as well as a scenic drive through local villages and tea hills. The food at the hotel was always delicious, with a wide range of Sri Lankan and other cuisines to choose from. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, with a lovely pool overlooking the breathtaking mountain side. the service, location, and amenities provided were top-notch.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Although the hotel provided a wonderful experience, the lack of reliable internet and spotty cell service was a slight inconvenience.
